2 medium ripe Avocados from Mexico, halved, pitted, and peeled
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha (depending on taste)
1 lime, juiced
4 breakfast sausage patties
4 ounces Jarlsberg cheese, grated

4 miniature bagels, sliced in half
