1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 medium avocado
1 small tomato
1/2 cup diced onion
½ cup fresh or frozen corn kernels handful cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt lime
8 small tortillas (fajita size)
2 cups enchilada sauce
