Blueberry Breakfast Cake

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-3 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries (depending on size of blueberries)
