5 cups old fashioned oats (2½ for flour, rest stays whole)
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. Kosher salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup turbinado (raw cane) sugar *
⅓ cup coconut oil *
⅓ cup maple syrup *
¼ cup almond milk *
½ cup dried blueberries*
*optional ¼ cup slivered almonds
