Breakfast Hash

3 potatoes, quartered
2 large sausage links (any flavor you prefer- we used organic smoked chicken sausage with spinach and feta)
1 avocado, chopped into small cubes
2 eggs
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 sprig fresh thyme
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 cup fresh salad greens (spinach or kale)
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
