Decadent Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes


Ingredients
Cupcakes
2.5 cups whole rolled oats (no quick oats!)
2/3 cups pure baking cocoa (I use Serious Food…Silly Prices Brand)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup peanut butter (I used Laura Scutters chunky peanut butter, no processed crap!)
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup pure grade A maple syrup
1 1/2 cups soy milk
1/2 cup dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Frosting
3 teaspoons pure baking cocoa
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
