1/2 cup water
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons clarified butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 bunch kale, cleaned and leaves torn into pieces
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
4 large eggs, poached
4 whole wheat English muffins, toasted
