Flatbread Pizzas

2 whole flatbreads or gyro bread (I personally prefer gyro bread)
1/2 lime, squeezed
1 tsp olive oil
1 spoonful habanero pepper jam (any type of pepper jam will work here)
1/2 cup romaine lettuce, cleaned and thinly sliced
1/2 large avocado, pitted and cubed
1 cup roasted carrots
1/8 cup sweet onion, thinly sliced
