Mexican Chocolate & Banana Smoothie

1 frozen banana (the riper the better!)
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2/3 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (I use homemade almond milk)
