juice of 1 red grapefruit
1/2 – 1 cup coconut water
2 small frozen bananas, cut into chunks
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 large ripe avocado
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 large handful fresh spinach, chard or kale
