Vanilla Cupcakes


Ingredients
1 cup cane sugar
1/2 cup vegan margarine, softened
2 tbsp ground flax see mixed with 4 tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla or almond extract
1 1/4 cup almond milk (or other vegan milk)
1 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
