Whole Wheat Biscotti with Dried Cherries, Macadamia Nuts, and White Chocolate

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup toasted and roughly chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup roughly chopped dried cherries
8 ounces of Bakers White Chocolate
